How will I find my driver?
Your Driver, holding a board with your name clearly written on it,
will be waiting for you as you enter the arrivals hall after having passed through Customs Control.
For added peace of mind, if you telephone us on +44 (0) 1279 73 11 44 as soon as convenient
after disembarking from your plane, we will be able to confirm and identify your driver to you.
At some airports you can meet your driver outside the terminal, by pre-arrangement, to avoid car parking charges.
Just phone us after clearing customs and we will direct you to your car and driver.
How long will my driver wait for me?
Most passengers clear Customs within thirty to sixty minutes from touchdown.
If you are kept on the plane or delayed in baggage reclaim or immigration,
if at all possible, please telephone us. Rest assured, your driver will not leave the airport
until every reasonable effort has been made to locate you.
What happens if my flight is delayed or diverted?
We monitor all incoming flights and if your flight is delayed,
you should find your driver waiting for you as usual.
If your flight is diverted, we will not take any action until we have established
direct contact with you or your Company to determine what you would like us to do.
If you are given any advance warning of a delay or diversion of your flight,
once again, a telephone call from you before take off is most helpful.
